1. Professional Conduct
I Can Handyman & Son (the "Contractor") agrees to perform the work specified in the quote/estimate in a professional manner, using reasonable skill and care.
2. Quotes and Estimates
Estimates are subject to change if the scope of work increases or if unforeseen issues are discovered (e.g., hidden pipe damage).
Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
3. Payment Terms
Payment is due immediately upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We accept Bank Transfer and Cash payments. Receipts will be issued for all transactions.
For larger jobs, a deposit for materials may be required before work commences.
4. Materials
Materials provided by the customer remain the property of the Contractor until the final invoice is paid in full. The Contractor is not liable for defects in materials supplied by the customer.
5. Cancellations
Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Failure to do so may result in a call-out fee to cover lost time and travel.
6. Liability
I Can Handyman & Son maintains Public Liability Insurance. However, the customer must ensure the workspace is safe and clear of fragile items before work begins.
